01 / Overview
For the Real Estate Future Forum 2025, AO-INTERACTIVE designed and developed a comprehensive interactive presentation for King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC). The experience gave visitors a single, visually powerful way to understand the full city, its masterplan, its economic scale, and the breadth of its investment opportunities.
The custom application combined an interactive city map, investment information, the industrial zone, the deep-water port, major destinations, and an original 360° virtual tour created from imagery captured across KAEC. The presentation was delivered through a 64 m² P1.8 L-shaped LED environment, turning complex city information into a guided experience built for high-level investor conversations.
Presented to forum visitors that included representatives from BlackRock and other major investment companies, the experience helped KAEC communicate the city and its opportunities clearly, confidently, and in one place.

Navigating Complexity
KAEC is not a single real estate development—it is a complete economic city with extensive infrastructure, investment sectors, industrial assets, a deep-water port, destinations, and development opportunities. The challenge was to organize that scale into an intuitive presentation that could support focused investor discussions while remaining visually compelling across an unusually large, high-resolution L-shaped LED canvas.

Innovative Execution
- Interactive city platform: Designed and developed a detailed application that organized KAEC's masterplan, city scale, investment opportunities, and strategic assets into a clear navigable experience.
- Full city map: Built an interactive spatial overview that allowed presenters to move from the complete city vision into specific areas and opportunities.
- Investment storytelling: Structured content around the information most relevant to investors, including the industrial zone, deep-water port, infrastructure, and development potential.
- Original 360° city capture: Photographed locations across KAEC, then stitched, processed, and optimized the panoramas to create an interactive virtual tour of the city.
- Large-format experience design: Composed and calibrated the interface for a 64 m² P1.8 L-shaped LED display, maintaining visual continuity and readable detail across the full surface.
