AO-INTERACTIVE independently developed this original Saudi National Day 360° VR film to explore a production pipeline combining cultural storytelling, generative AI, cinematic VFX, 3D environments, and immersive video.
The team created the complete concept, character, narrative, voice, performance, 3D integration, post-production, and 360° render—demonstrating end-to-end capacity for high-end immersive content.
02 / The Challenge
Navigating Complexity
The creative and technical challenge was to build a culturally aligned, character-led story while combining AI-generated character and performance work with a traditional 3D and VFX pipeline. Every element also had to integrate convincingly and render correctly for an immersive 360° viewing environment.

Innovative Execution
- 3D world building: Created the immersive environment in Blender using Saudi National Day branding and visual language.
- Character development: Used generative AI to explore and establish the main character reference.
- Story development: Built the narrative and script around the selected character direction.
- AI audio production: Produced the voice-over and sound design through AI-assisted workflows.
- AI performance: Created the actor's video performance before integrating it into the 3D production pipeline.
- Beeble production passes: Generated the depth, normal, and supporting 3D passes needed for integration.
- VFX and 360° delivery: Composited the character into the Blender scene and rendered the finished experience as a 360° VR video.
